Responsibilities:

• Responsible for mobile handset, accessories or gadgets sourcing including trade in business
• Assist with Product Manager to identify suitable vendor(s), develop and maintain profitable and effective co-operation
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure product management effectiveness
• To ensure effectiveness of end-to-end product management process including program / product planning, sourcing, vendor management, merchandise ordering, stock management, program launch, ATL and / or BTL promotion activities, sales logistics and training
• Organize relevant strategic & tactical actions on various aspects such as vendor & inventory management strategic, channel & device differentiation tactics to maximize sales & margin.
• Co-ordinate the end-to-end program & inventory logistics
• Assist team and propose innovative ways for further developing company business
• Prepare a regular sales analysis for business review
• Handle consignment stock sales tracking and monthly settlement

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• 3 years working experience in related Mobile / Channel Management / Sourcing
• Good communication and organization skills
• Proficient in using MS Office application (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines with Ad hoc project
• Proactive, initiate, flexible, good analytical system thinking & with ability in handling multi-task
• Knowledge of marketing planning & program is preferable
