We are looking for a Japanese native speaker, beauty lover and a passionate candidate to join our team! The eCommerce specialist will drive the sales of APAC marketplaces and optimize the product exposures at price comparison sites to meet the business goal. The role is exposed to global marketplaces and drive the marketing activities for Japan market. It would be great if you are an experienced digital / eCommerce talent love to learn and explore global digital landscape and manage promotions of marketplaces.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities at marketplaces, plan and review marketplaces promotion (eBay, Lazada, 11 Street, Qoo10),  manage the campaigns and liaise with our business partners.
• Work closely with our partners and purchasing team to select products for promotion
• Handle and optimize all SEM, remarketing and facebook advertising campaigns, including keywords search and performance display for Japan market Manage the channel budget to ensure achieving our target CPC and CPA
• Identify digital new trends and initaitvie, review the potential and feasibility of implemtation of the marketing ideas.
• Partner with editor and designer to review and produce effective creative for our promotions
• Initiate new marketing ideas to grow the business
• Manage campaign peformance report on a weekly basis

Requirements:

• Proficient on digital marketing practices with 1-3 years digital eCommerce Experience
• Familiaze with MarketPlace operations, digital advertising and Google Analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field
• Interested in beauty, fashion and what’s trending
• Passionate, creative, independent with strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
• Detail-oriented, with good multitasking and organizational skills
• A good team player
