Our client is the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong's external trade, they are currently looking for high caliber candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team for all aspects of projects & event management, includes preparing pre-production, drafting promotional materials, contacting clients and vendors, providing logistic and on-site support
• Facilitate recruitment campaign including preparing marketing materials, sales kits, DMs, telemarketing etc
• Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking and materials support
• Perform administrative duties such as handling reports, researching data and meeting schedules
• Coordinated and liaise with internal and external parties
• Support the ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Event Management or related disciplines
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Good presentation skills and experience in dealing with people
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools
• Mature and able to work independently
