Responsibilities:

• Assist in full spectrum of trade marketing activities
• Assist manager in preparing sales reports & co-ordinate with suppliers
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure strategies are aligned
• Assist manager in promotion evaluation, budget control and forecasting for each brand / activities
• Assist manager in developing and implementing sales and distribution strategies in order to enhance brands images and products presence
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by direct manager

 Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Marketing or related discipline
• 1 - 2 years relevant experience, preferably in FMCG industry
• Self-motivated, energetic, creative and outgoing
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good team player with “can-do” attitude to face challenges
• Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
