Responsibilities:

• Provide the full range marketing materials and support day-to-day communications in many aspects such as web content, leaflets, presentations, newsletters etc. as well as website updates and other marketing, media-related materials
• Organize events/campaigns to promote the courses & the centre, fulfill its program logistics and ensure all appropriate materials and productions are achieved in a timely, creative and cost efficient manner
• Implement marketing activities both online and offline to support promotions and PR & publicity opportunities
• other ad hoc projects and sales support

Requirements:

• University graduate in Communications or Marketing related discipline
• Min. 3 year relevant working experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent spoken & written English and Chinese, and Putonghua
• Familiar with MS office e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing and graphic design software
• Independent, outgoing, pleasant, able to work under pressure and overtime
• Organized, independent, details-oriented and able to work under pressure. Teamwork is a must
• Experience with Facebook, Weibo, WeChat and mobile apps
• Knowledge and experience in learning centre is an advantage
