Key Responsibilities       

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies;
• Liaise with external parties for planning and execution of various events and marketing campaigns;
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders;
• Conduct marketing events and campaign effectively and efficiently;
• Prepare promotion, presentation and meeting materials;
• Handle content management and provide regular updates of websites;
• Involve in daily operation and maintenance of owned and clients’ social platforms;
• Prepare e-newsletter regularly;
• Support various marketing activities, such as, events and collateral productions, etc.;
• Coordinate with different departments internally for marketing purposes;
• Handle ad-hoc projects/reports as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing, PR or related disciplines;
• Minimum 1 years’ solid marketing experience;
• Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Able to work both independently and in a team with initiatives;
• Fast learner, problem solver, and self-motivated individual;
• Attention to detail and multitasking with prioritization skill;
• Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
• Occasional travel is required;
• Good command of English and Chinese at speaking and writing;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY is highly preferred.
