Job Description
Japanese garment trims and fashion accessories manufacturing & trading company in TST mainly servicing apparel customers located in China – the Group owned 4 factories in Japan; 2 factories in China, 1 factory in Bangladesh and 1 factory in the Philippines - we are looking for a JAPANESE SPEAKING SALES COORDINATOR - with details as follows :
- F.5 graduates
- Business level in Japanese, English and Chinese ; Mandarin a plus
- 1 to 2 years working experience in sales support/marketing support/customer service/order processing
- Experience or interest in garment trims, garment or fashion accessories is highly prefer
- Experience in Japanese companies is a plus
- Reporting to the Japanese Sales Manager
- Responsible for supporting the Japanese Sales Manager in providing professional service to assigned Company clients
- Assist in order details following up from sampling arrangement, mass production follow up until goods delivered
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Arrange and send samples to customers
- Build and enhance business relationship with clients
- Occassional China trip needed
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary plus performance bonus

- Candidates with more work experience will be considered for the post of Japanese Speaking Sales Executive – 2 posts
