Job Description
Tasks
- Support Merchandising team in follow-up purchase orders with suppliers/factories to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare quotations to customers
- Support in sample handling and prepare sample meetings
- Maintain and update order-processing system
- Assist in buying trip preparation including coordination of meetings
- Perform other ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Tertiary education or equivalent
- Energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Good MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) skills
- Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
- Fresh graduate who is interested in developing a career in merchandising field will also be considered
