Marketing Dept

• To be responsible for developing and implementing customer retention strategies to achieve business goals; managing marketing programmes and customer communications on a timely basis; working cross-functionally with operations, service and sales in support of strategic marketing initiatives; developing regular joint promotion with business partners; regularly analyzing and reporting on retention activities to ensure a positive customer experience and retention performance
• University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines with minimum 3 years relevant working in subscription service is preferred
• Experience in customer loyalty marketing is an advantage
• Strong business sense with good presentation, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proficient in PC applications, MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Able to work under pressure and independently
