Responsibilities

• Organizing events and conferences
• Plan and implement marketing activities to enhance member loyalty, association awareness
• Plan and execution of brand / marketing activities, including online marketing, corporate events
• Create marketing materials, including print & digital advertisements
• Compile and publish press releases on website and social media
• Manage digital assets and content (Website, Facebook, Weibo, SEO, paid search…) including copy writing
• Maintain good relationships with members and alliance organization
• Responsible for general administrative duties
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Provide all-around support including business trip arrangement - transport and accommodation, meeting schedules, arranging appointments etc.
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree/ Tertiary/ Higher Diploma major in business / marketing major or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience in PR, marketing or event management
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated, team work with a sense of ownership
• Knowledgeable of online marketing, loyalty programs and event management is a must
• Preferably experience in developing strong customer relationships
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proactive, Flexibility and adaptability
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Work Location: Central

Working hours:  09:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)
