Job responsibility:

• Handling client enquiries, preparing quotations and follow-up customer complaint
• Coordinating with sales team and other parties to meet client requests
• Occasional attend client meeting and visit customer
• Ad hoc project will be assigned by manager
• Working location : Shatin, NT

Requirements:

• F7 or above
• 1-2 years working experience, prefer gain customer service working experience will be an advantage
• Good communication and active, with problem solving skills
• Good command of written English & Chinese, spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Fast learner, initiative, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferred
