Responsibilities:

l   Assist in developing programs to promote the society and advance member’s welfares

l   Execute PR plans and strategies

l   Liaison with members and BP partners

l   Content creation and maintenance of social media accounts

l   Organize and attend events

l   Perform various administrative tasks and produce presentation and publication materials

l   Handle ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

l   Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Studies or other related disciplines.

l   1 to 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.

l   Fresh graduates will be considered

l   Excellent command of written and spokenEnglish and good Putonghua fluency

l   A fervent interest in the field to compliment proficient writing and research skills.

l   Enthusiasm, well organized, good interpersonal skills and willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

l   Good proficiencies in office application software like indesign/Adobe Photoshop/Microsoft PowerPoints.

l   Basic competency in Microsoft Words and Excel.
