Job Description
Duties:
- Provide full administration and coordinate supports to sales team
- Handle sales report, handle enquiry, order processing and order follow-up
- Coordination with merchandising department, shipping department and sales department
- Daily email communication
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, with at least 3 years relevant trading experience;
- Solid experience in Gift and Premium/ Household / Toys / Electronics / Sundries is a MUST
- Form 5 with good written and spoken English and Mandarin is also welcome
- MS Office applications with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing;
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Over 5 years relevant trading experience will be considered as a Senior post
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
