Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Secretarial Services to industrial Committee;
• Organize outgoing missions;
• Organize industrial/trade related activities; 
• Execute project work plans;
• Responsible to promote industrial/trade related activities;

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 2 years relevant working experience;
• Proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua & English;
• Good Chinese and English writing;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Good PC knowledge in MS office, PowerPoint and Chinese inputting method;
• Occasional travel to Mainland or overseas is required;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
