Job Description:

• Report to Marketing Manager
• Handle script translation both in English and Chinese
• Follow up sales / purchases, liaise with factory and clients
• Handle Import & Export documents and operations for logistics
• Provide support and clerical duties to the management
• Ad-hoc projects and assignments for management
• Occasional business trip is required
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Able to handle business correspondence
• Self-motivated, responsible, initiative, independent, hardworking with good interpersonal skill
