Responsibility
- Responsible for reception duties including greeting guests, handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, courier and mail arrangement, stationery order and equipment maintenance
- Assist in data entry and document filling
- Assist in general office administrative work
Requirements
- F5 / DSE or above
- 1 year’s working experience is preferable
- Fresh gratudates are welcome
- Able to communicate in English & Cantonese
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on PC knowledge including MS Office, MS Excel & internet
- Immediate available
Working Hours
- Mon-Fri 09:00 – 18:00
- Alternative Sat 09:00 – 13:00
