Responsibilities:

• This role will be reporting to Senior Vice President - Mid Life Aircraft Leasing (Expatriate);
• Research and prepare presentations as directed;
• Develop pricing patterns within the aircraft sales and leasing market;
• Research aircraft sales and lease placements;
• Support the leasing, trading, sales and remarketing function as directed;
• Liaise with all departments internally, to ensure the inflow of information and efficient communications;
• Build up own database by way of daily, regular, ongoing contacts;
• Proactively collate and distribute industry periodicals, newsletters and all other aviation industry information;
• Monitor market industry material and information and prepare weekly report;
• Liaise with airlines, customers, third parties and support senior management in all documentations and negotiations as directed;
• Act as focal point for technical, transaction, legal, finance, PR, IT departments to provide input to commercial proposals;
• Provide campaign and project status updates to senior management;
• Build and promote the ARI brand by working on all platforms, PR, social media, industry meetings and events;
• Develop ARI’s image and reputation in the market by establishing credibility and creating excellent working relationships with potential customers;
• Manage all daily administration and report to senior management as directed; and
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business related disciplines;
• With 3-5 years' relevant working experience gained from sizable conglomerate groups or financial groups; previous experience in aviation industry is definitely an advantage;
• Candidate with solid experience in project management is a must;
• Highly disciplinary, presentable, responsible, trustworthy, proactive manner with excellent organizing and planning skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule and attentive to details with good quality and accuracy;
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
