Remuneration packages:

HKD 30,000 to 40,000 per month, with

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Managers are responsible for their assigned product category/categories. Their major duties and responsibilities are included but not limited to the followings:

-Oversee the daily sales floor operation and staff management
-Propose overall planning and brand mix of their respective product categories
-Achieve the sales targets in accordance with the goal setting
-Actively involved in marketing and promotion events
-Proactively explore potential brands and business opportunities
-Build rapport with potential vendors and maintain a good relationship with business partners

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
-At least 5 years' sales operation experience in department store or retail industry, solid experience in supermarket or cosmetics or fashion or luxury brands highly preferred
-Proven managerial skills in merchandising, retail administration, inventory management, budgeting and cost control
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is a must
