Responsibilities:

• To Plan, coordinate, outlining budgets, with P&L responsibilities and implement of race events, liaison with customers, strategic partners, media, sponsors, contractors, and venues etc
• Development and execution of our CRM Strategy and maintaining the database, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the Company’s services and that regular customers feedback is provided and improved
• Handle correspondence and follow up enquiries in order to maintain quality customer services and build up good relationship with customers; handle and monitor complaints ensure the customers receive prompt reply throughout the company
• Work independently with little supervision, and perform routine race related administrative duties and reports

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent
• 3-5 years professional experience in project and event management or other service-oriented fields
• A strong interest in Motor Sports related activities/ events
• Excellent problem solving skills to develop alternative solutions and to recommend the best solution
• Pro-active working attitude and commitment to improving customer satisfaction levels on an ongoing basis
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
• Ability to work flexibly, possibly including nights, weekends and holidays to react to customer needs
• Good understanding of the China environment is preferable and travel to China is required
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
