Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer’s enquiries and service requests by phone and email
- Prepare sales reports and related documents
- Perform data entry and follow up sales order
- Coordinate with customers on shipment schedule
- Work closely with internal parties on order delivery
- Liaise and maintain good relationships with customers
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year experience of customer service or sales administration
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and Chinese / English word processing
- Immediately available is preferred
