Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer’s enquiries and service requests by phone and email
  • Prepare sales reports and related documents
  • Perform data entry and follow up sales order
  • Coordinate with customers on shipment schedule
  • Work closely with internal parties on order delivery
  • Liaise and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 1 year experience of customer service or sales administration
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and Chinese / English word processing
  • Immediately available is preferred
