Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide operation and admin support to Marketing Department on daily operation and all marketing events, campaigns and promotions
- Assist in the implementation of corporate and marketing/PR functions such as conferences, seminars, meetings and media events
- Support events from pre-event logistics, on-site management to post-event reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments on marketing projects
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Associate Degree or above, major in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 1 year or above relevant experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Marketing Coordinator (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage
- Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop. Proficiency in Chinese Word Processing is a must
- Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive working attitude, independent, responsible, strong self-motivation and willing to learn
- Able to work under pressure
