As our Client Services Manager, you will take lead of all aspects of client relationships. This include: 

Responsibilities Overview:

• Maintain high client interaction to maintain and grow client relationships
• Day-to-day project manage client accounts and engagements
• Take client project briefs and propose solutions that meet their requirements
• Lead client meetings (presentations, reports, analytics and recommendations)
• Manage budgets and profitability of client projects
• Identify new business opportunities throughout the relationship lifecycle
• Assure that monthly action plans for clients are delivered on schedule
• Manage internal and external client expectations
• Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers to support client work
• Implement best practices and share modern marketing trends with clients

Required Skills / Experience:

• 5 years’ experience account management for marketing services
• Bachelor's degree.
• Responsive client relationship management and expectation setting
• Project management skills and ability to prioritise
• English and Mandarin communications skills
• Strong practical knowledge of how to implement digital marketing programs (LinkedIn, WeChat, SEO/SEM, and programmatic experience)
• Good documenter, with attention to detail
• Ability to think on your feet and proactively address potential client issues
