Our client, a Global, American Market Research Company is looking for a passionate 'Business Development Manager' to solicit new business clients and opportunities to achieve company performance targets 

Key Responsibilities

• Play an active role in soliciting new business clients and opportunities including but not limited to cold call and proactive support to whole business cycle
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels to bring in incremental opportunities
• Assist Senior Business Management to engage internal stakeholders to line up resources across functions to support the achievement of our commercial objectives 
• Conduct proactive follow up to ensure smooth business development process through effective support to prospect development, proposal and presentation writing 
• Share market offerings and trends with internal teams to ensure market competitiveness

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 4 years of business development experience preferably in marketing research, business consulting, data analytics/ intelligence or related digital solutions on how to use data and insight
• Strong commitment as a business hunter with strong client focus and project management skill with track record of selling solutions and services with a consultative approach
• Professional and tactful in developing client relationship and presentation
• Excellent market sense with high curiosity to updated market offerings and trends
• Great team player  and performer. Highly driven person who consistently exceeds goals and expectations
• Self motivated and excellent organisational skills 
• Passion for technology
• Fluent in verbal and written English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin
