Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operation of the studio and responsible for receiving customers and handle frequent incoming calls
• Act as first point of contact for all customers and providing a professional and friendly service as well as delivering an exceptional first impression
• Ensuring effective communication and teamwork across the studio and proactively assisting with day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, organized, confident and customer oriented
• Detail-oriented, dedicated and professional
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluency in English & Cantonese required, other languages is a plus
• A great team player with a witty personality
