Job Descriptions:

• Analyze financial printing and translation jobs for proper assignment
• Provide online/telephone customer support to our corporate clients
• Follow quality check and ensure complete and proper delivery of projects
• Assist in administration works as assigned by management team
• MON-FRI Day Shift (9:00-18:00), alternative SAT (9:00-13:00)

Requirements:

• Proficiency in applications of Microsoft Office,  Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
• Smart, good problem solving skills, patience with others, good team player
• Able to work overtime and under pressure
• Good interpersonal communication skills, good spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and  English
• Good written English and Chinese
• Be co-operative, obedient, detail-minded and willing to learn and ask
• Recent fresh graduates are welcome
