Job Descriptions:

• Coordination with clients, consultants and subcontractors;
• Supervision of site progress and workmanship;
• Preparation of AC shop drawings including layout and sectional drawings;
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and qualified electricians are preferred;
• Preparation of submittals, drawings, method statements and reports;
• Conduct testing and commissioning procedures of the completed E&M works;

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Min. of 6/4/2 (SE/PE/E) years experience in Building Services
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Candidates with tendering experience will be a merit
• Immediately available is preferred
