Job Description

Assistant Engineer / Engineer (Green Building)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in HK-BEAM / BEAM Plus project coordination including:
- Manage green building construction & certification documentation
- Communicate and coordinate with different parties
- Prepare reports / check reports for submission
Assist in E&M installation projects in need:
- Prepare documentation / calculation
- Coordinate with engineer / site foreman for site issues in need
- Coordinate with clients, supplier, sub-contractor and technical staff in need

Requirements:

Degree or higher in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in Building Services Engineering or related, knowledge with HK-BEAM / BEAM Plus is preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

(Candidate with less qualification and/or experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer)
