Site Supervisor (Interior Design Fitting Out)

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and design team;
• Monitor progress and workmanship on site;
• Attend regular site meetings and organize work.

Requirements:

• F5 or above 3 years’ experience in interior contracting;
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, detail drawing, MS Office is advantage;
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability and able to work under pressure;
• Immediately available is preferred;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Site Supervisor.

Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in all phases of the design process including concept & schematic design, design development, construction documents, and knowledge of construction administration;
• Development of spatial planning & zoning, FF&E selection and specification;
• Coordination with team members for client presentations;
• Checking the correctness and accuracy of one’s drawing work, quality, layout and notes before review by Senior Manager;
• Close collaboration with the design team, clients, consultants, contractors and vendors;
• Review of project related vendor quotations and materials; provide design support towards the completion / execution of design concepts;
• Meeting all design deliverables.

Requirements:-

• Diploma or above in interior design or related disciplines;
• 6-8 years solid experience in Interior Design;
• Related experience in large-scale high-end corporate office interior design is preferred, not a must;
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, with a desire to contribute to the company as a whole;
• Competent in AutoCAD, sketch up, any other design / presentation software;
• Immediately available is preferred;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Interior Designer.
