We are looking for Senior Project Manager for the following clients:

1) Senior Project Manager for Luxury Retail projects in HK and Asia Pacific

2) Senior Project Manager for design and build projects (retail, F&B, residential)

3) Senior Project Manager for Luxury retail projects in HK only

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Building Studies or Construction Management or Engineering or Interior or Architectural Design or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years project management experience ideally in Main Contractor, Fitting out contractor or Design and Build contractor
• Reporting to CEO, leading a team to manage fitting out project, make sure project completed in good quality, within time and within budget
• Must have solid Site experience with technical knowledge
• Good leadership, presentable, good communication skills and coordination skills
• Knowledge on Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Sketch up is a bonus but not a must
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Manager
• Two months notice is acceptable
