Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop shopper marketing campaigns including in-store POSM, activation, counter design, counter visual merchandising.
• Leading HK/TW/CHINA roll outs for the specific skin brand.
• Work closely with production team to ensure execution excellence
• Sound strategic and planning skills for the implementation of communication and path to purchase journey.  
• Proven track record in management of creative teams and client relations as well as experience of operating as part of an integrated team is a must
• Strong in process management, revenue reports, forecast and billing
• Coach and supervise Account Managers and Executives in daily operations
• Previous experience of working with major FMCG brand and understanding of the Greater China retail environment is an advantage

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Research or related discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years of agency / marketing experience
• Ability to represent the agency and client in a polished, intelligent manner
• Detailed oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced working environment with excellent project and client management skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC applications, e.g. MS- Word, Excel, PPT
