Responsibilities:

• Responsible for integrating people, work process and physical assets to deliver quality services to clients
• Responsible for the general property management / facility management services including but not limit to space and business operations coordination, business and operation continuity, customer service enhancement, health and safety of the facilities and property, financial planning and monitoring, facilities maintenance and improvement, day to day operation such as cleaning and hygiene, security control, concierge service, landscape, signage and car park management
• Supervise, monitor and control the customer service standards, quality and performance of a portfolio of properties
• Supervise a team of staff and service contractors to oversee day-to-day operations
• Handle emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from the customers and provide effective solutions
• Develop and implement facilities and space improvement plans; review services standards regularly and stipulate proposals for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property / Housing Management / Hotel and Hospital Management / Real Estate / Surveying or equivalent. Experiences in managing large scale residential complexes are required and definitely an advantage
• Possess recognized professional membership of HKIH, CIH, RICS, HKIS, HKIFM, IFMA or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ experience at managerial level and proven track record in managing sizable projects
• Mature, self-driven, care for details, flexible with strong client management
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
