Due to the expansion of the global market, we are looking for a high calibre individual who is energetic, operationally-focused and can cope with busy & demanding fast-paced environment to support new markets. This role is reporting to the Sales Operations Manager who will be heading the Sales Operations team globally.

Responsibilities

• Set and review sales revenue targets and monitor progress
• Analyze market and product performance
• Prepare forecast for global advertising market
• Verify advertising insertion orders timely and accurately; 
• Review operational workflows & business processes and provide improvement inputs
• Create Dashboards and Reports in Salesforce (SFDC) \
• Work on other duties as assigned

 Skills and Experiences

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Solid experience in data analysis
• Prior Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) is an advantage
• Experience in the advertising industry is preferred
• Demonstrated success of working effectively in a team
• Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced and constantly evolving team environment
• Independent, well-organized and attentive to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve the team goal

 Qualification 

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Business Management or related discipline
• 2+ years working experience in sales administration and analytics role is preferred
• Strong verbal & written skills in English and Chinese
