We are on the lookout for a proactive team player with good communication skills for the position of a Network Production Coordinator / Traffic Coordinator.  The person is the conduit between various departments within Hong Kong and is an important liaison with other offices.  If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy challenges in a fast-paced exciting environment – you may be just the person that we are looking for.

Here are some of your Responsibilities:

• Conduct workload and capacity analysis, forecast and planning;
• Liaise with various departments and sites to communicate workload planning and resource allocation;
• Coordinate and track work inflow and outflow to deliver timely turnaround of tasks;
• Liaise with upstream and other departments to obtain clear task instructions;
• Liaise with and allocate job tasks to downstream operation sites;
• On shift work is required (24-hour coverage or fixed overnight shift);
• Working in the weekends and public holidays may be required with compensation.

These are some Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• Good communication skills: good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua & Cantonese;
• Able to work in a high pressure, fast-pace environment;
• Willing to work on shift;
• Good business sense, keen eye for detail and a team player;
• Relevant experience and background in internal project coordinator, command center, operations or customer service is a plus.
