Job Description

As a Customer service coordinator, you will work closely with global team including our consultants, service and media team and gradually pick up service side. As a member of the highest quality Asia team, you will play an important role in existing projects, dealing with the clients from luxurious brands of property. The role is ideal for candidates with strong team-spirit and problem solving skills. 

The Successful Applicant

As an ideal candidate, you will need:

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin 
• Experience in customer service and basic knowledge of audio settings is an advantage
• Familiar with PC applications
• Good telephone, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong interest in communicate with clients
• Willing to learn to use our office program
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
