Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, training, troubleshooting, and consultation to customers for the diagnostic test systems. 
• Support is given to customers and sales representatives by telephone or sites visits.   
• Should promote teamwork and cooperation, removes barriers to productivity, and creates an enthusiastic, positive work climate.
• Provide telephone support and troubleshooting to customers.
• Handle complaints per established guidelines:  open, follow investigative stages, and close.
• Teach customer-training programs. 
• Document all customer interactions in CRM system. 
• Perform laboratory testing.
• Support the launch of new products.

Requirements:

• Preferably a Bachelor’s diploma/ Degree or above in biomedical science/ life science or related studies.
• Minimum one year experience in medical device/ life-science industry.
• Good English skills in both spoken and written English.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
