We are a growing pharmaceutical group with head office in Hong Kong and looking for a reliable and hard-working individual to fill the following position:

Major responsibilities:

• To offer support to the sales team in achieving the Company’s business goals 
• To follow up on the implementation of sales plans 
• To maintain an efficient tracking system of sales performance 
• To manage sales contracts and sales supporting materials 
• To provide regular reports and updates to the executive management 
• Any other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above 
• Over 10 years working experience with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role 
• With China and overseas exposure 
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized and be able to work under pressure 
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English 
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
