Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Place garment/fabric sample orders to suppliers
• Follow up sample orders placed by Sample Department of Head Office
• Update sample tracking system with accurate information including delivery date, price, factory and customer codes
• Monitor samples shipping status and ensure that suppliers update information in the sample tracking system
• Train suppliers on new sample shipping instructions

Things you should bring along / Qualifications:

• Diploma or above
• 1 year relevant work experience preferred
• Strong in MS Excel knowledge is an advantage
• Preferable with knowledge in handling export shipping documents
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
