Responsibilities:

    

-          Source and qualify right suppliers, factories and products

-          Price negotiation and calculation

-          Analyze a supplier portfolio and to orientate sourcing accordingly

-          Proactively develop categories of product handled and explore new direct import opportunity

-          Ensure product quality, delivery and price objectives are met or exceeded

-          Compile Market Intelligence / competitive information

-          Act as a category specialist in sourcing country

-          Analyze supplier capability / capacity

-          Generate / compile formal / relevant business reports to manage the business

-          Proactively identify potential products – new items

-          Cost analysis and calculation

-          Supplier score cards / alignment passed supplier qualification (quality / design / cost / capacity / environment…)

    
Requirements:

-          Degree holders with at least 5 years experiences in luggage, bags, shoes & accessories, preferably work in a buying office

-          Must able to work start from development , sampling, production till delivery

-          With strong desire in obtaining exposure in multi-national business, working with people from different nationalities and gaining full visibility of supply chain process

-          Strong communication and problem solving skills

-          Willing to take challenges

-          Good command of English/Mandarin, Chinese typing as well as MS Word, Excel and Power Point

-          Self-motivated, independent and a strong sense of responsibility

-          Prepared to travel and visit factories
