Job Description
We are now seeking a potential incumbent to join our expanding company with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Assist merchandising team to perform all clerical works including data entry, generate reports, sampling, compile database and filings, etc.
- Responsible for orders follow up, production to delivery and quality control
- Work directly with suppliers to confirm and verify orders
- Handle any ad-hoc projects assigned
- Support the logistic of sales event
Requirements:
- High Diploma holder or above in merchandising will be an advantage
- At least 1-2 years working experience
- Experience in Luxury Jewellery / Watch industry will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently
- Strong in MS Office applications, Excel formulation and word processing skills including Chinese
- Good command of spoken and written English ,Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
