Responsibilities:

• Liaise with suppliers on product sourcing, price, terms and conditions negotiation.
• Conduct cost and profit analysis and inventory control.
• Monitor the performance of existing vendors, develop new suppliers, product mix and improve supply chain.
• Establish supply chain database, increase sourcing efficiency and effectiveness, and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the workflow of logistic and document department, develop the working efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• University degree on Economics, Business Management, Merchandising or related disciplines.
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiar in Excel, words, Microsoft outlook & Chinese processing etc.
• Min 3 years solid experience in procurement.
• Creative, self-motivated, good synthesis and integration skills.
• Strong marketing sense, enjoy variety and new challenges.
• High degree of analytical ability, problem solving and planning skill.
• Independent and able to perform under minimal support and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Those with less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser.
• Immediate available is preferable.
