Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical supports for Merchandising team such as data input, order follow-up etc.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for review and sell-through reports for stock replenishment
• Liaise suppliers/factories to follow sampling, QA and production until product shipped
• Coordinate with stores & operational teams on stock movement including allocation, replenishment and consolidation
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 1-2 years clerical experience, preferably from retail or merchandising sector
• Sensitive to large amount of data and able to keep minimum mistake
• Team-work oriented, self-motivated & pressure resistible
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferable
