• To be the leader of our new and vibrating Yellow Team and serve our private label customers from all over the world
• Solid knowledge and technical experience in Underwear production
• Strong leadership and management skills, problem solving and decision making abilities
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and open approach
• Effectively lead and manage the merchandising team, business development, designers and procurement to offer our clients the best service
• Monitoring the overall critical path from product development till shipment
• Supervise Merchandising team in HK and China
• Occasional travel to Europe and China is required
• Report to the Managing Director
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
