Job Description:

• Execute purchasing strategies, formulate and improve processes of purchasing department
• Formulate material procurement plan and procurement budget to meet the needs of business activities and reduce inventory costs
• Supervise and participate in the negotiation of bulk ordering business, and supervise the execution and implementation of the procurement contract
• Participate in the development, selection, processing and assessment of suppliers, establish supplier file management system
• Responsible for purchasing price control and forecast the trends of price changes
• Ensure timely procurement process
• Plan and review annual, quarterly, monthly demands plan, cost effectiveness and improve capital operation efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Purchasing, supply chain or business related discipline
• More than 10 years of experience in purchasing management in electronic industry
• Possess strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good leadership skills
