Job Duties:

• Responsible for sourcing and purchasing functions of Fabrics and Accessories
• Supervise a team in PRC to conduct the daily order preparation and follow-up.
• Provide good level of negotiation and communication skills to deal with local/oversea suppliers and coordinate with internal dept.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain most favorable price, schedule, and terms and conditions
• Monitor suppliers performance to ensure the product quality and on time delivery schedule
• 5-day per week in Shunde China

Qualifications:

• F.5 above or High Diploma holder of Supply Management
• Minimum 4 years or above in supervisory level and solid working experience in sourcing and purchasing position.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Self-motivated , independent and willing to work under pressure with tight schedule
• Experience in ERP system and strong in Microsoft word, excel and power point;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Experience in swimwear or lingerie products will be an advantage
