Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Administrative Assistance to the Fabric and Trims Team
  • Day to day follow up of Fabric and Trims Orders
  • Data Entry into PDM
  • Parcel Arrangement
  • Cuttings preparation
  • Stock Control
  • Purchase Order and Delivery Note
  • Fabric and Trim Sample Distribution
  • Follow up development status with mills
  • Daily clerical work

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Working experience on Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Detail Oriented
  • With fabric knowledge is an advantage
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin
  • Chinese typing is required
