Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspect of the procurement process, ensure continuity of supply
• Order follow up and manage all purchasing documents, Maintain and upkeep the purchase database and records
• Shipment tracking and management
• Assist in Product sourcing, price negotiation, quality checking and delivery arrangements
• Communication with warehouse regarding the bulk order back
• Monthly Procurement report analysis
• Assist other Procurement jobs allocated by team Manager

Requirements:

• University graduate, At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, less experience can be appliced as Assistant Procurement Officer
• With Shipping, Logistic or procurement and sourcing fields basic knowledge
• Self-motivated, independent , responsible and well-organized, Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Team player, able to work under pressure and multi-task
• Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
