Job Description:

• Data entry, update all related order processing information in system
• Prepare sales confirmation, factory contract and/or purchasing order
• Assist in sample arrangement
• Assist in orders follow up
• Assist to deal with customers and factories
• Assist in coordinate with other work parties internally and externally
• Any other job assigned by the supervisor 

Requirements:

• Form 7 / DSE or above
• At least 1 year’ solid experience in toys / sundries industry
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must    
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
