Job Responsibilities:  

• Working out of a TJX satellite office, interacts with vendors on behalf of the TJX Companies, Inc. various divisions to support timely delivery of merchandise and accurate execution of logistics policies and procedures to minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Develop and train vendors, third party service providers and internal associates on technical requirements to ensure accurate understanding of TJX best practices and government requirements related to the direct importation of merchandise into U.S., Canada, U.K./ EU and Australia markets.
• Utilize and develop reporting to analyze and identify problematic vendors and implements corrective action plans to correct noncompliant execution of TJX logistics standards.
• Establishes strong working relationships with Corporate divisions' logistics groups to ensure mutual understanding and efficient management of vendor community.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with 5 years solid experience in supporting vendor community on retail logistics and trade compliance.
• Fluent in conversation, written and comprehension of English and Mandarin; other languages or Chinese dialects a plus
• Understanding of buying office, International customs, logistics and trade with hands-on approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently on own initiative, self-direct while at the same time be a team-player.
• Able to develop and build relationships with teams, vendors and third party providers to achieve business goals.
• Strong organization, planning, problem solving skills and detail oriented.
• Able to resolve issues in a thorough, streamlined and timely manner.  Able to develop, recommend and implement solutions when necessary.
• Able to prioritize, multitask various project and manage to a time & action calendar. 
• Strong analytics, statistical, and PC skills (e.g. excel)
• Knowledge of social compliance audit program and supply chain security program, e.g. C-TPAT is a plus
• Willing and able to frequently travel to China and other parts of the world for development and operations needed.
