Location: Times Square, Causeway Bay

(Contract for 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for inventory control such as stock allocation to different stores based on demand and store profile
• Conduct stock replenishment and consolidation to maintain optimal stock/SKUs holding at store level
• Assist manager in planning and executing all merchandising routine functions each season such as preparation of Sale, in house event and launching of new products
• Prepare reports (daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal) to monitor the merchandise performance
• Follow up purchase order and shipment
• Handle merchandise importation into logistic system
• Cope with customer request and arrange cross region stock transfer
• Prepare seasonal training material and trend information
• Other ad hoc assignments as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with at least 3 years experiences preferably in luxury retail industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-initiated, detail-minded, well-organized and able to handle multi-tasks
• Strong communication skills and good team player
• Good command of English and Chinese
