Requirements:   

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing or related discipline
• 10 years or more relevant experience in General Merchandise /Health & Beauty Category, of which 5 years with managerial experience
• Good experience in new product development and trading business 
• Strong organization skills, team coaching and leadership to manage the project team
• Good interpersonal, presentation, communication skills and well organized.
• Self motivated with strong analytical and project planning skills
• With Can-do mentality and very proactive and assertive attitude
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Frequent travel to China and overseas is needed

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise general merchandise / health & beauty project team, and work closely with technical department, different offices and suppliers to lead specific projects to meet consumer requirement
• Oversee the whole project lead time with the team including quotations, sampling, contract negotiations, production and shipment are on time
• Train and coach the team to devise an overall strategy for each project.
• Professional in developing new products & reviewing existing items for implementing marketing strategies and programs along
• Ability to lead the team to strategically deal with customers enquiries and negotiation
• Periodically visit existing suppliers to understand manufacturing capacity and new product development in order to plan the strategy for business growth
• To work along with top management for planning, formulating and implementing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• To ensure daily smooth operations and on time delivery of goods in cooperation with supply chain department
• Professional in organizing and presenting in senior customer meetings and nurturing customer relationship
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned
